This article will provide you with a step-by-step guide on how to add a leaderboard to your contest.
First off, what is a leaderboard?
A leaderboard shows participants who have the most points. The more points they earn, the higher their ranks will be on the leaderboard.
Leaderboards are a great way to
- further motivate your participants to move up the leaderboard,
- promote competition by gamifying interactions with your brand,
- recognise top performers.
How to add a leaderboard to a campaign
Follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Campaigns.
- Create a new campaign.
Note: The leaderboard feature only works for identified campaigns. If you want to use it, make sure you have chosen the correct campaign mode and that your form includes the first name, last name and email address of the participants. - Then, click the Settings step.
- Click "Display a leaderboard limited to the N best participants" under the Leaderboard section.
- Set the number of top participants you want to display (up to 200) and click Save.
And that's it! Now the leaderboard is located in the upper right corner of your campaign. Click the Scores button to expand it and see the ranking:
