Automated exports: the export templates

You can customise the files you will receive through your automated exports. The default one, present in all accounts is named "participation".

You can define the format (CSV/XLSX), the columns and row delimiters, the text qualifier and the text qualifier escape.

As of today, it's not possible for you to define the content, organisation or naming of the columns. Should you want this, you can send a custom request to our integration team.
