Participants can access these codes at any time, encouraging ongoing engagement through a cohesive rewards experience.
Setting Up a Code List
Codes can be distributed individually or in batches, depending on campaign needs.
Once created, the code list can be linked to the campaign by using its variable in the exit screen, ensuring each participant receives a unique code upon completion.
Integrating Codes with Campaign Rewards
In your loyalty program setup, go to your account’s active program and add a reward. Select “Campaign Code” as the reward type to link the previously created code list to this reward, ensuring that participants will automatically receive a code at the campaign’s exit screen.
Connecting the Code List Variable
When setting up the reward, include the variable referring to the unique code list used within the campaign. This linkage ensures that each user receives a unique code from this list as a reward, displayed on their portal upon campaign completion. Complete the configuration by saving the reward setup. No burning rule needs to be added.
User Experience on the Portal
Participants who complete a campaign using this list will automatically receive a code from the linked list, which appears in their loyalty portal rewards section. Once logged in, users can see their received codes under their earned rewards, providing a consolidated view of all acquired rewards.
