When running a Qualifio campaign, you may get the message that it will expire soon. What does it mean? And how do you turn off this type of notification? Please follow the article below for more details.
What does this message mean?
Expiry notifications are a convenient way to notify users that their campaigns are going to expire soon.
One day before the end of the publication period, Qualifio will send you an email to let you know that your campaign is about to expire.
This feature helps you stay on top of your campaigns and lets you take action to continue displaying them. Otherwise, the campaign will stop showing as soon as it expires.
Qualifio supports notifying users of upcoming campaign expiration, but only when they created that campaign.
Turn off notifications
We understand that more communication is not always better. You may want to reduce clutter in your inbox, or these notifications have become irrelevant.
Here's how to manage your notifications:
- Step 1: From the menu on the top, click Account, then click Engage.
- Step 2: Scroll down to find Preferences > Expiry notifications.
- Step 3: Click on the drop-down > select No.
Another option would be setting an expiry notification on all campaigns you create (select Yes). - Step 4: Click Save to finish.
Please note: It is not possible to configure how many days before expiry you should be notified, nor to set custom notification times.
That's it! For more information, contact us.
