If this bug is a vertical scroll that hides most of your campaign zone, there are many chances that this bug comes from the compatibility mode of Internet Explorer.
This hidden feature is available directly in your search bar next to the refresh button.
Concretely, this compatibility mode allows you to display web pages as Internet Explorer 6 would do it. As this version of IE is kind of old (2001), there are many chances that this browser is just not capable of reading it.
A simple click on this icon allows you to enable or disable this view.
