Can I limit publishing rights to certain users in my company?

It is possible to unable the ON/OFF buttons for editors & external users. In order to activate this option, as admin, click on your Name (menu bar) then Settings.

Check the following options : Only Admins and Marketers can publish a campaign (activate/deactivate the ON/OFF button.

The ON/OFF button will be frozen for those users.
