What is the Insights feature and where can I find it?
The Insights feature is located in the left side menu of Qualifio. It provides access to dashboards that display your organization’s data and performance overviews.
Who can configure and access Insights dashboards?
Owners have configuration and full view access to Insights dashboards. You can extend view-only access to other users by assigning them the “Insights Analyst” role within User Management under the Organization tab.
How do I create a new dashboard in Insights?
To create a dashboard, navigate to the Insights section and click to create a new dashboard. You’ll need to provide a name; adding a description is optional, but it helps other users understand the dashboard’s purpose, especially if they do not check Qualifio statistics regularly.
What data is included in a newly created dashboard by default?
By default, the dashboard will include all data from your organization. However, it is recommended to apply filters to make your dashboard more relevant to specific needs.
What types of filters can I apply to an Insights dashboard?
You can add several filter types: Account (filter by accounts in your organization), Website (filter by sites in your organization), and Website Categories (brand, category, and geographic area, which you can manage within the Organization features). Filters are combined using an AND logic—only data matching all selected filters will appear.

Can I control which users see each dashboard?
Yes, after creating a dashboard, you can specify which users have access by linking the appropriate Insights Analysts to the dashboard from the User Management area. Only the assigned users will be able to view the dashboard, and they cannot edit or configure it.
What can Insights Analysts do in the Insights feature?
Insights Analysts can view only the dashboards they have been granted access to. They cannot modify, configure, or see other dashboards outside their assigned list.
How can I view the content of a dashboard and what information is displayed?
To view a dashboard, click on the chart icon in the dashboard table. You will see the content based on the filters and date range you set. The dashboard displays key metrics such as number of campaigns, participation rates, campaign types, top-performing accounts, campaigns, brands, categories, and geographic areas within your organization.
Can I adjust the date range or apply additional filters to dashboards?
Yes, you can edit the date range and apply ad hoc filters on specific categories, accounts, or websites to refine the data displayed in your dashboard view.
