What is the Insights Analyst role in Qualifio?
The Insights Analyst role is a specific user role in Qualifio that allows you to view dashboards that have been defined and shared with you by your organization's owner. With this role, you can access valuable campaign insights without having edit rights to dashboards.
Where can I find the dashboards available to me as an Insights Analyst?
Dashboards you have access to will appear in the Insights section on the left navigation bar of the Qualifio interface. You will only see the dashboards that have been specifically shared with your user account.
How do I open and view a dashboard?
Click the small “view” icon next to any dashboard listed in your Insights section. This will load all the available data and configuration for that dashboard.
Can I filter the data in a dashboard?
Yes, you can use the available filters at the top of the dashboard to adjust your view. These filters are session-based, meaning any changes you make will be reset the next time you visit. Common filters include date ranges, categories (such as geographic area, brand, or type), and more, depending on the dashboard’s configuration.
What metrics or data will I find in these dashboards?
Dashboards for Insights Analysts typically include:
- Number of campaigns with at least one participation during the selected timeframe
- Total participations, unique participants, and new participants
- Participation timeline (drill down by month, week, or quarter) with year-over-year comparison
- Breakdown by participant identification type (identified or anonymous)
- Campaigns by language
- Participation per account and most successful campaigns by various participation metrics
- Charts by brand, category, and geographic area, showing both participation and unique participant data
How can I compare performance with previous years?
One chart depicts the comparison of the performance from this year compared to the last year, same time. This is especially useful in long term relationship with Qualifio.
Can I download the data or charts from a dashboard?
Yes. Each chart includes an option in the top right corner to download the visual as a CSV, XLSX, or PNG file. This makes it easy to use dashboard data outside of Qualifio, for example in presentations or reports.
What types of filters are available on dashboards?
Available filters may include:
- Date range selection for custom time analysis
- Category, brand, and geographic filters to focus on specific segments
- Identification type filters to analyze identified versus anonymous campaign participation
- Language filters by number of campaigns in a given language
What should I do if I can’t see a dashboard I expect to access?
