Â
Create your prizes
- In the Prizes step of you campaign, create as many prizes as needed
- For each prizes, fill in the basic information: title, image, description, ...
- Make sure to select the followings:
- Number of units: Limited to...
- Allocation method: Calendar
⚠️ Important limitations:
- Avoid special characters such as $, *, Ăą, ... in the prize title at this stage. You can safely add them after the import.
- You can import up to 500 quantities of prizes per file. If you have more, split them into several CSL files and upload them seperately.
Â
Generate a schedule & Export
Before you import your own prize schedule, it's important you go in your calendar and schedule the prizes.
- Go to the Calendar tab
- Click the Schedule prizes button
- Choose any scheduling method. Randomly is fine
- In the calendar, click the Download prize list as CSV button
Â
Edit your prize schedule in Excel
- Open the file in Excel, but make sure you import it correctly!
🧠Always open the CSV in UTF-8 and with comma (,) as separator.
💻 If you’re on a Mac, follow these steps to avoid data corruption:
- In Excel, go to File → Import
- Choose CSV file
- Select your file and click Get Data
- Choose Delimited and set file origin: UTF-8 → Next
- Select Comma → Finish
Edit your Excel
In your exported file, you’ll see columns like:
| planningId | prizeId | title | date | status |
You only want to edit the date column:
- Use the exact time format: 2025-10-24T22:26:16.000Z
- Do not modify or reorder other columns
- Do not add or delete columns
- Avoid inserting comments or empty extra columns: this can add unwanted commas and break the file.Â
⚠️ If you add any notes after the “status” column, make sure to delete them before re-exporting your CSV.
Â
Re-import your CSV
- Once your dates are ready, export your Excel as CSV
- Go back to the Calendar tab
- Click the Upload prize list as CSV button
- The calendar will update with your imported dates
After the import:
- You can freely edit prize titles, images, and descriptions afterward: it won’t affect your calendar.
-
If you split your import into several files, you can:
- Upload each file one by one
- Add any forgotten prizes manually in the interface
