To make your loyalty portal even more dynamic and aligned with your marketing calendar, you can now schedule the publication of specific design versions in advance. This allows you to automate the rollout of seasonal themes (like a Christmas or Summer skin) without needing to manually update the portal on the day of the launch.
Phase 1: Scheduling a portal version
Scheduling a version ensures that your design updates happen automatically at your chosen time.
- Navigate to your Program and open the portal Editor.
- In the versioning dropdown menu, locate the saved version you wish to publish.
Click the Schedule this version button (represented by a clock or calendar) next to the version name
- A modal will open. Select the future Date and Time for the publication.
- Note: The time is based on your program timezone.
- Review the confirmation summary and click Confirm.
- Your version will now appear in the list with a orange Scheduled badge and the designated go-live timestamp.
💡 Pro-tip: Once a version is scheduled, it becomes read-only to ensure the integrity of the upcoming publication. If you need to make changes, you must cancel the schedule first.
Phase 2: Managing and overriding schedules
Qualifio allows you to maintain one scheduled publication at a time per configuration type to keep your workflow simple and error-free.
Overriding an existing schedule
If you decide a different version should go live instead:
- Select the new version and click Schedule publication.
A warning modal will appear informing you that this will override the currently planned version.
- Confirm the action to replace the old schedule with the new one.
Cancelling a publication
If your campaign plans change, you can easily revert:
- Open the version dropdown in the Manager.
- Click the Cancel schedule button next to the scheduled version.
- Confirm the cancellation in the pop-up modal.
- The version will return to a Saved status and become editable again.
Note: The system checks for scheduled updates every minute. Your new design will typically be live within 60 seconds of the scheduled time.
