🧭 Webhook

🔍 Real-time push

Send real-time data from Qualifio to another application whenever a new participation occurs.

  • We provide some native integrations in your Qualifio account.
  • Do you need a custom integration instead? Our expert custom development team is here to help. Let's talk!
  • To help you get started and make sure your project goes as smoothly as possible, we have you fill a standard “preparation document” and answer your questions upfront. Together, we'll define the data structure that will be sent to your web service.
  • It is possible to include questionnaire data (questions/answers).
  • If the push isn't enabled in a running campaign, it is not possible to push data from a past period.
  • We give you access to a Qualifio monitoring instance.

🏗 FTP push

Receive data files to your server using FTP.

  • Through an FTP service, you can have your data in a CSV file format automatically uploaded onto your system.
  • Incremental push:
    • A single file containing data from all campaigns with push enabled from the previous period (e.g. file is dropped at midnight with data of the previous day).
    • Once pushed, a new file is created on our side & filled with the next participations.
    • If the push isn't activated in a running campaign, it is not possible to push data from a past period.
  • See FTP Push configuration.

Use case

Let's say you have 17 active identified campaigns on 26/04/2017 generating 12,036 profiles on that day. On 27/04/2017 at midnight, Qualifio will drop a single CSV file with the data of those 12,036 profiles and extra columns to be defined: brand, Campaign ID, Campaign Title etc. After dropping the file, the data are erased from the CSV and Qualifio starts to fill it with new data. This file will be dropped on 28/04/2017 at midnight.

🔌 FTP export

Export your data to .csv and send it to an FTP site.

  • A single CSV file per campaign is generated and sent via FTP/sFTP.
  • It is possible to include questionnaire data (questions/answers).
  • Cumulative push:
    • 1 file per campaign
    • The file contains all data from the beginning of the campaign. Data sent on day 1 are also sent on day 2.
    • Data is available since 2014.
    • After the daily push, Qualifio continues to fill the same file.
    • Activation: the push is automatically activated based on predefined criteria: All active campaign (= ON), All campaigns that are live (= within begin and end date), etc.

Use case

Let's say you have 3 active identified campaigns on 26/04/2017 with the following details:

  • Campaign 1: live since 01/04/2017 - 39,045 profiles.
  • Campaign 2: live since 16/04/2017 - 21,369 profiles
  • Campaign 3: live since 26/04/2017 - 896 profiles.

On 27/04/2017 at midnight, Qualifio will drop 3 CSV files:

  • File 1 named 20170427_CAMPAIGNID: contains all data from 01/04/2017.
  • File 2 named 20170427_CAMPAIGNID: contains all data from 16/04/2017.
  • File 3 named 20170427_CAMPAIGNID: contains all data from 26/04/2017.

✏️ Amazon S3 Bucket Export

Export campaign data to Amazon S3.

  • A single CSV file per campaign is generated and drop on Amazon S3 Bucket
  • It is possible to include questionnaire data (questions/answers).
  • Cumulative push:
    • 1 file per campaign
    • The file contains all data from the beginning of the campaign (data sent on day 1 are also sent on day 2).
    • After the daily push, Qualifio continues to fill the same file.
    • Activation: the push is automatically activated based on predefined criteria (all active campaign (= ON), all campaigns that are live (= within begin and end date), etc.)
