Qualifio campaigns have been tested across a wide range of browsers, operating systems and devices. In this guide, you’ll learn about which browsers work well with Qualifio and the requirements for displaying your campaigns.
Qualifio has been designed to fully support commonly used browsers running on desktop PCs, laptops, tablets and phones.
We do our best to support all modern and up-to-date browsers are supported, including, but not limited to:
- Google Chrome – Windows, OS X, Linux, iOS, Android
- Apple Safari – OS X, iOS
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 11+ – Windows
- Microsoft Edge – Windows
- Mozilla Firefox – Windows, OS X, Linux, iOS, Android
Note: Minor differences in how your campaign appears from one browser to another are normal.
For best results, it is always recommended to keep one’s browser updated! If a participant is not using the latest version of a browser, they should still be able to load the campaign properly but it might not provide them with the best experience.
Browser plugins and extensions
If you or your participants experience behaviour that does not allow loading or participating in a Qualifio campaign, it might be that a browser plugin or extension is interfering with some campaign features.
If you are able to view and participate in the campaign using an incognito or private browser window, the behaviour you are experiencing is likely related to the browser and not Qualifio.
- Cookies – Some modern browser versions are now disabling third-party cookies by default. Qualifio doesn’t rely on these cookies to display campaigns.
