📣 System maintenance notice: Thursday December 2 at 20:00 CET

Due to scheduled system maintenance and product update operation, our platform will be temporarily unavailable on December 2 (Thursday), 20:00 - 22:00 Central European Time. Campaigns will not be affected. Here are a few tips and additional things you should know.

Hi there,

We want to make you aware that on Thursday, December 2 at 20:00 CET, the Qualifio Engineering team will be performing maintenance on the Qualifio platform. As a result, there will be scheduled downtime for approximately 2 hours on Thursday, December 2, from 20:00 to 22:00 CET.

During this time, the Qualifio platform will be inaccessible. Campaign access will not be impacted.

This operation is part of a larger effort to migrate our user management and login system. Additionally, we will be using this time to upgrade our user management interfaces and to add more security features to our platform. Once complete, this migration will provide you with a new two-factor authentication feature (2FA).

🔧 Maintenance schedule

Maintenance start: 20:00 CET, Dec 2 2021

Maintenance end: 22:00 CET, Dec 2 2021

Our Engineering team will be monitoring the situation closely throughout the scheduled maintenance and will advise when it is complete and services have been restored. You can also check our Status page for more information and status updates.

🚧 Impacts on our customers before and during the maintenance window

Before the maintenance, from 12:00 CET, you will not be able to add new or edit existing users in your Qualifio account.

During the maintenance window, the Qualifio platform will be completely unavailable and all users will be temporarily logged out from the platform. We ask that you plan your business accordingly and apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Most importantly, we do not expect any impact on public-facing campaigns.

At the moment of migration, you will be automatically logged out from your account.

After the system is back up and running, you will be prompted to log in again.

🔄 You will be required to set a new password (unless you log in using SSO)

Please follow the instructions below after Dec. 2 2021 once the system is updated.

  1. On your first login after the migration, you will encounter the "Invalid username or password" error when you enter your username and password. Schermafbeelding_2021-11-18_om_16.25.38.png
  2. Even if you didn't forget your account password, please click "Forgot your password?" on the login page.
  3. Enter your email address and click "Submit".
  4. Check your emails.
  5. Click the URL in the email to complete your password reset.

We will also provide these action items in email communications to allow you to move forward after the migration is complete.

New passwords must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 12 characters
  • Must include at least 1 number and 1 symbol
  • Must contain uppercase and lowercase letters
