Rewards programs offer rewards, discounts, and other special incentives (such as free products or early access to sales) as a way to attract and retain customers. They are designed to encourage repeat business, offering people a reward for brand interactions. The more often a member interacts with your brand, the greater their rewards.

Program members
In Qualifio, program members can be anyone who has registered their personal information with your company. That is because members must provide the same login information every time.

An overview of the earn-and-burn logic
The earn-and-burn points system allows you to reward members based on their interactions. For every interaction that happens, they earn points which can be later burned redeeming rewards.
Earning rules are triggered by specific interactions or events, for instance when members participate in a quiz, shop online, share an experience through social platforms or celebrate a birthday. Learn more about earning rules →
