Our loyalty program analytics and reporting tool makes capturing and understanding key data simple and easy. The all-in-one dashboard displays performance data in simple visualisations. In this guide, discover how to track and measure the results of your loyalty program and its impact on your business.
Accessing the reporting section
Log into the back-office, and go to the Reporting menu. All reporting for your loyalty program can be found in this section.
How does it work?
You can modify the date range and currency type that you want to report on using the dropdown at the top of the page.
The available predefined time period options are: last 7 days, last 30 days, last 60 days, last 90 days, this year, or your own custom date range.
Interactive data visualisation
The widgets will reveal more details on hover and can all be interacted with. Depending on the widget, you can select different criteria to see different views of your data.
For instance, if you click on one of the levels for Level segmentation, you will see all of the data updated for that specific level. You can then use the dashboard to compare metrics of different levels/tiers.
