How does it work?

You can modify the date range and currency type that you want to report on using the dropdown at the top of the page.

The available predefined time period options are: last 7 days, last 30 days, last 60 days, last 90 days, this year, or your own custom date range.

Get into the habit of digging deeper to discover new information by comparing data from different time periods (e.g. compare the last 30 days' data with the previous 30 days' data, the third quarter of this year with the third quarter of last year, etc).

Interactive data visualisation

The widgets will reveal more details on hover and can all be interacted with. Depending on the widget, you can select different criteria to see different views of your data.

For instance, if you click on one of the levels for Level segmentation, you will see all of the data updated for that specific level. You can then use the dashboard to compare metrics of different levels/tiers.

Key performance indicators

The dashboard is divided into the following sections:

Member activity insights

This section's metrics include:

Metric Description
Enrolments

Shows the number of new members in the program with the enrolment date in the selected period.

Tip: Use this report to review the new enrolments over time and visualise the enrolment trend for each program.

Retention over time

Shows the number of members who logged in to visit a portal over a given period of time (the choices are: day, week or month).

Tip: With this report, you can visualise the retention trend and measure how much members continue engaging with a program over time.

Note: The data will probably vary a lot. Instead of analysing only the past week, compare it to the last eight weeks, for example.

Active members Shows the number of program members with at least one portal visit within the selected period.
Visits over time Shows the number of visits to your member portal over time.

Things to note

When a member is deleted, all the data related to that member is also deleted. This will retroactively affect any reports which use member-level data.
