The Look & feel step defines how the campaign is visually presented to participants. While previous steps helo you set up the mechanics, this stage ensures the campaign matches your brand identity and integrates visually with the environment in which it is published.
Publication channel impact (minisite vs iframe)
The level of visual customisation depends on the publication channel.
Minisite
When the campaign is published on a minisite, Qualifio hosts the full page. This gives you the highest level of control over the design. The campaign behaves like a standalone branded page.
Iframe
When the campaign is embedded in an iframe on your website, the surrounding page (header, footer and global layout) is controlled by your own website. In this case, the campaign design must visually integrate with the host site.

Using templates
To simplify design configuration, Qualifio uses templates. A template is a predefined graphic structure that controls the layout and styling of the campaign pages.
You can choose a template from the Studio team’s library and customise it to match your brand. Templates define elements such as page structure, typography, colours and button styling.
Advanced customisation is also possible using custom CSS applied to the template. This allows developers or designers to align the campaign closely with their needs.
Creating or editing a template
Templates can be created or edited to adapt campaigns to your brand guidelines instead of redesigning each campaign individually.
Within a template you can:
- set colours and typography,
- add logos and backgrounds,
- define button styles,
- adjust layout structure.
When a template is updated, the changes apply to all campaigns using it. For this reason, template management is handled by Admin Users.

Modifying the button and menu button texts
After adjusting the campaign appearance, you will also find an option to customise the text displayed on the buttons throughout the campaign, as well as in the menu if needed.
Qualifio provides default labels, but you can modify them to match your messaging or tone of voice.
Graphic specifications
To ensure proper display across devices and channels, uploaded visuals must follow Qualifio’s graphic specifications.
Campaigns may appear on websites, minisites and mobile environments, so images automatically adapt to different screen sizes. Incorrect dimensions or oversized files can cause cropping issues, distortion or slow loading times.
When preparing the assets, you should:
- use recommended dimensions,
- upload supported formats such as JPG or PNG,
- optimise the file size for web performance.
Large images may be resized visually by the browser but still affect loading speed, especially on mobile. Respecting the specifications therefore improves both display quality and performance.
