The detailed report gives you a more in-depth view of your campaign statistics and collected data.
While the campaign statistics dashboard provides an overview of your campaign performance, the detailed report allows you to explore your data in more detail, manage participants and winners, analyse the participant journey, and export your campaign data.
How can I access the detailed report?
To access the Detailed Report:
- Locate the campaign in your campaigns list.
- Click on the statistics icon.
- Select detailed report.
You will then access the Detailed Report, where you can navigate through the different sections using the tabs at the top of the page.
What can I find in the detailed report?
The detailed report contains the following tabs:
- Dashboard
- Participations
- Participants
- Winners
- Spam management
- Funnel
- Email statistics
- Export
The dashboard
This section provides a general overview of your campaign activity and gives you a quick view of how your campaign is performing.
It displays a timeline chart showing the daily evolution of participations, a breakdown of the devices used by participants, and detailed statistics on the web browsers used to access the campaign.
What can I see in the participations section?
The participations section contains all the participations recorded for your campaign.
For each participation, you can access the information collected from the participant, depending on the fields and questions configured in your campaign.
This can include:
- Participant information, such as their name or email address
- Information collected through the form
- Answers provided to quiz or questionnaire questions
- Other data collected during the participation
Each participation is displayed separately. If the same person participates several times, each participation will appear in this section.
What can I see in the participants section?
The participants section displays the list of unique participants who took part in your campaign.
In Qualifio, a unique participant is identified using three pieces of information:
- First name
{firstname} - Last name
{lastname} - Email address
{email}
These three fields are used together to identify whether two participations belong to the same person.
For example, if two participations have the same first name, last name and email address, Qualifio considers them to belong to the same participant.
If the email address is different, they are considered different participants, even if the first and last names are the same.
Participant identification is not case-sensitive.
What is the difference between participations and participants?
The participations and participants sections provide two different views of your campaign data.
Participations refers to the total number of entries recorded, while participants refers to the number of unique participants.
For example, if a participant takes part twice using the same email address:
- They will appear twice in participations.
- They will appear once in participants.
Use participations when you want to analyse individual entries and participants when you want to identify unique participants.
How can I draw winners?
The winners section allows you to select winners from your campaign participants.
You can define how many winners you want to draw, apply any relevant filters and then assign the prizes. Qualifio will select the winner(s) according to the criteria you've defined.
For more information, check How to draw winners.
What is spam management?
The spam management section allows you to manage participants based on their IP address.
You can use the IP filter to add an IP address to your blacklist.
Once an IP address has been blacklisted, participants using this IP address will no longer be able to participate in the campaign.
This can be useful when you identify suspicious or unwanted participation activity.
For more information, check How to block an IP address
What does the funnel show?
The funnel gives you a visual overview of how participants progress through your campaign.
It allows you to see how many participants reach the different stages of the campaign, for example:
- The welcome screen
- The form
- The completed form
- The exit screen
The funnel can help you identify where participants drop off during the participation journey.
For more information, check, What is the statistics funnel?
Where can I find my email statistics?
The email statistics section provides statistics for emails sent through Qualifio as part of your campaign.
If you have configured emails to be sent during or after the campaign, you can use this section to monitor their performance.
How can I export my campaign data?
The Export section allows you to download a CSV file containing participation data, including the participationId and participatedAt fields.
participationId: the unique ID of the participation.
participatedAt: the date and time associated with the participation.
