The exit screen is the final page displayed to participants after they complete a Qualifio campaign. Its purpose is to give feedback, display results or guide the participant’s next action.
Depending on the campaign format, this screen can show a score, a win/lose result, a profile, charts or a simple confirmation message.

Customising the exit message
First, you define a generic message in the Exit step (for example, a thank-you message or instructions about prize delivery).
You can personalise this message using dynamic variables. For instance, you may display the participant’s name or score:
“Congratulations {firstname}, you obtained {score} points.”
You can also create multiple messages depending on performance by defining minimum and maximum score ranges.

Automatic redirection
After displaying the exit screen, you may automatically redirect participants to another webpage (for example your website or an e-commerce page).
You can configure:
- the destination URL,
- the delay before redirection,
- how the page opens (same tab, new tab, or parent page).
If you have multiple result screens (for example personality test profiles), different redirects can also be implemented using JavaScript.

Emails sent after participation
The exit step is also linked to automated communications. From this stage you can send emails to participants, using personalised variables and images.
Available email scenarios include:
- confirmation after participation,
- conditional emails based on answers,
- invitations to friends,
- winner notifications.
In instant win campaigns, only winners can automatically receive an email notification.

Play again button
You can also add a Play again button on the exit screen to allow participants to try again after seeing their results.
The button reloads the campaign and can open in the same window, a new tab or the parent page. Participation limits still apply, meaning a replay counts as a new entry when restrictions are configured.
