Campaign creation: The publication channels step

The publication channels step is the first stage of configuring a Qualifio campaign. It defines how your campaign is identified, where it will be displayed and how its performance will be measured. Before publishing, these essential settings must be configured.

Campaign name and language

To start, you must assign a name to your campaign. The internal name is only visible to users inside the platform and helps you find the campaign in your back office.

You can also define a public name. Even though it is not directly shown to participants, it is used by screen readers, integrations and sharing. It becomes the minisite meta title and the title used in iframe integrations, which improves accessibility and SEO. For this reason, it is recommended to always complete this field.

You must also verify the campaign language, which determines the interface language displayed to participants.

Campaign models

Once the basic information is set, Admin users can turn the campaign into a model. This allows you to reuse the same configuration for future campaigns without recreating everything.

Models already contain structural settings and campaign flow, which speeds up creation and standardises marketing operations. All users can copy a template, but only administrators can create or delete them.

Choosing a publication channel

After defining the campaign, you must decide where it will be published. A campaign can be distributed across different environments (website, app, social media, etc.), depending on your use case.

Website integration (iframe)

  • You can embed the campaign directly into your website using an iframe.
  • You simply select the website, provide the hosting page URL and copy the HTML or JavaScript code generated by Qualifio into your CMS. The campaign will then appear inside your webpage.

Dedicated minisite

  • Alternatively, you can publish the campaign on a minisite, which is a standalone page generated by Qualifio with its own URL.
  • The minisite can either match your website design (header and footer) or use a specific layout dedicated to the campaign.

Audience growth: the soft gate

Once the channel is chosen, you can encourage engagement even before participation through the soft gate.

This is a pop-up displayed before the campaign inviting users to follow a Facebook page or an X account. The action remains optional: participants can close the window and continue to the campaign.

You can customise the title, description, background image, available social networks and the closing button. The soft gate works on both desktop and mobile.

Tracking and performance measurement

Finally, you can configure tracking to analyse campaign performance. You may add tags or scripts from analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to measure traffic and interactions.

Tags can be applied to a specific campaign, a whole website or a template. A tag library allows administrators to manage, edit or remove tracking scripts from one central location. Variables can also be used to send data to analytics tools.
